Be Stars as Messengers of Star-Disk Physics 

2nd Announcement:

The "Bright Emissaries" conference is dedicated to all observational and theoretical aspects of Be stars and related objects, with a focus on the insight these systems provide on the physics of the underlying stars, disks, and their interactions. The conference will be organized around invited and contributed talks, with several opportunities for open discussion. Young researchers, post-docs, and PhD students, in particular, are encouraged to attend and present their on-going research.

The conference will be held on the campus of Western University, with a welcoming reception on Sunday evening, August 10th, 2014, and day-long sessions on August 11th, 12th and 13th. Registration is now open! Abstracts for oral and poster contributions are accepted at this time.
